URSA MINOR
Created for my own research into Scandinavian design, Ursa Minor contains graphic design and layout for seven books (all written and photographed by myself) on the subject. All maps and illustrations used in the project as well as the seven-spoke viking sun wheel used as the project logo was hand drawn using a combination of pen & paper and a Wacom tablet.

This was my masters project at the university of Westminster, London in 2013 & 2014. The project was awarded a first.
The seven-spoke sun wheel used as the project logo.
The sun wheel is comprised of the first seven letters of the Viking alphabet, known as the futhark.
